How to Order from Website? (Order Process)

  • Open the kalarambh website
  • Customers can log in as guest using OTP services on your mobile no or customer can register with google/Facebook username/mail id or using user name/mail id and password registered with kalarambh
  • Customers can filter and select by price and height as per their requirement
  • Customers can search for their required product from the search bar or directly choose the required from the menu and Select the product
  • Customer can view their selected product in add to cart tab,
  • Now customer has to process for payment and needs to fill up the name, address, phone number and mail id for delivery purposes.
  • customer can pay for the selected product and process the order amount using the Razorpay facility or can select the COD facility
  • once your payment process is completed customer will get mail of confirm order details on the register mail id and get an SMS from “estore” on the register mobile number
  • customer can track their order using the link provided on mail and SMS

What can I return?

  • You may request returns for most items you buy from the sellers listed on the website. However, you can only return items explicitly identified as “returnable” on the product detail page and/or our policy and within the ‘return window’ period. Please refer to the website Returns policy. to know which categories are “non-returnable” and the specific return windows for categories eligible for return.Items are returnable if you’ve received them in a condition that is –*Physically damaged*Has missing parts or accessories*Defective*Different from its description on the product detail page on the website.For Returning the product you just need to update the Package opening video and parcel Images to verify a valid return.

How to return Items?

  • Go to Your Orders. (Ensure you have signed in before using your credential with kalarambh).
  • All registered customer can Choose an item that you want to return or replace.
  • All guest can return their it using return link from mail received at the time of confirmation of their register mail id and register phone number.
  • Select a reason from menu and continue.
  • Customer need to upload photo and video of product received by them. Need video of product packaging, opening of product and original product received at the time of receiving the courier.

Can my order be replaced?

  • If the item you ordered arrived in a physically damaged/ defective condition or is different from their description on the product detail page, or has missing parts or accessories, it will be eligible for a free replacement as long as the exact item is available with the same with us.

Check refund status?

To check refund status, go to Your Orders, tap the order to be tracked and tap the View Return/Refund Status option.

  • Once customer will get the approval of the return order they have to ship or ask kalarambh return shipping (actual charges of return shipping services by kalarambh will deduct from the refund amount of the order)
  • Once kalarambh will receive the product, the team will check the authenticity and quality of the product with the original product and if the same has been matched with the original order customer will get their refund by the original method of payment in the same account within 15 working days after receiving the order
  • 20% restocking charges have been deducted from the order amount and the customer will get a net deduction and return shipping charges

Cancel Items and Orders?

  • How to cancel orders that aren’t dispatched yet:
    • Go to Your Orders* Select the item you want to cancel and click Cancel items
    • Provide reasons for cancellation (optional)
    • Click on Cancel Checked Items
  • To cancel an order that has already been dispatched :
    • Go to Your Orders
    • Select the Request cancellation option and proceed further.
    • The item(s) will be returned to us for a refund (if the payment is already made).
